Medical Director:
Dr. Michael Feinberg

Dr Michael Feinberg who has been practicing medicine for over 35 years, serves as our Medical Director with a strong background in clinical medicine. Previously, he has served as Medical Director in Industrial Medicine and has also served as a Medical Director of an aesthetic center in Santa Barbara which offered several services including laser resurfacing, Juvederm fillers, Botox, and Restylane. Dr.Feinberg earned his undergraduate degree at The University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his internship and residency at Cedar Sinai Medical Center in LA. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Feinberg also has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from UCLA.

Physician Assistant:
Diana Gutierrez, PA

Diana Gutierrez is an experienced bilingual Physician Assistant. Diana has worked in a variety of settings including private practice and hospitals. Diana has extensive experience in the field of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. She has dedicated her career to refining her skills to meet and exceed her patient’s aesthetic goals. She performs a wide variety of aesthetic treatments including injections and laser treatments.

Under the supervision of our Medical Director, Dr. Paul Laband MD, Diana Gutierrez oversees our Aesthetic treatments. She uses her knowledge and skills to develop individualized treatments for patients regardless of age, race, gender identity, and prior health conditions to meet and exceed their aesthetic goals.

Registered Nurse:
RN Katerina Ostriakova

With a rich and diverse background spanning over several years, Katerina Ostriakova brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a Registered Nurse and aesthetic specialist at Essence Med Spa. Having attained her Master of Science in Nursing from the United States University, coupled with her extensive training and practical experience in various healthcare settings, including surgical centers, medical spas, and home health agencies, Katerina embodies a commitment to excellence in patient care. Her proficiency in administering sedation medications, performing dermal filler injections, neurotoxin injections, and a range of aesthetic treatments underscores her dedication to delivering exceptional results while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Furthermore, her tenure as a news anchor and correspondent underscores her ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, instilling confidence in her skills and expertise. Clients can rest assured that they are in capable hands under Katerina's care, as she continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and proficiency in her practice.
