SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

• You can book online www.essencespasb.com or may call us anytime during normal business hours to schedule an appointment.
• Walk-ins are welcome at any time, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a therapist. Calling ahead is always recommended.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage, facial, semi permanent make up, botox, and/or sauna session

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• You may cancel an appointment with no charge at any time up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or "no-shows" for your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 charge.

SELF CARE MEMBERSHIP

• Your SELF CARE MEMBERSHIP entitles you to a monthly prepaid credit as indicated based on your subscription level. (Additional fees may apply, see store for pricing.)
• You may receive unlimited additional treatments during the month at a discounted rate.
• Prepaid credits can be used for massages, sauna, and/or facials at our store. Gratuity, add-ons, and products must be paid with a credit card or cash and cannot be covered with membership credits.
• Membership and prepaid credits are non-transferable. Only the individual(s) listed on the membership file can use the prepaid credits.
• You may freeze/suspend charges on your account after 6 months of enrollment for a maximum of 2 months per year. However, prepaid credits cannot be used during this period and will only be available upon reactivation, incurring a $50 reinstatement fee.
• If unable to utilize services during a particular month, you will still be charged, and prepaid credits will rollover to the next month.
• If you choose to cancel your membership, any remaining prepaid credits can still be used for services, but they will be charged at the non-member price, as you will no longer be an active member.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Membership is set up month-to-month and auto-renews for a minimum of 6 months until cancellation.
You may cancel your membership at any time after 6 months of enrollment by sending a written notification to essencespasb@gmail.com.
"Paid in Full” Memberships are non-refundable for any portion of unused credits.

TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
We reserve the right to terminate memberships for various reasons, including abuse of membership privileges, unauthorized use, insufficient funds, inappropriate behavior, or provision of false information.

GIFT CARDS AND INFRARED SAUNA PACKAGES
Gift Cards and Infrared Sauna Packages are final sale and non-refundable. Gift Cards can be used to purchase any service, retail item, add-ons, or gratuity. Sauna Packages cannot be exchanged for massages.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Clients are encouraged to keep valuables secure.
We reserve the right to change rules, regulations, and pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or SMS at least 10 days in advance.
Clients under 18 require parental consent and, for certain services,and kids 12yo or under, parental presence is necessary
Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any pre-existing conditions or discomfort during treatment.

2. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with nocharge.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $70 cancellation fee.

3. SELF-CARE MEMBERSHIP (MASSAGES AND FACIALS)

  • Membership entitles you to one monthly prepaid credit based on your subscription level.
  • Members can receive unlimited additional treatments at a discounted rate.
  • Prepaid credits can be used for massages, facials, and sauna sessions.
  • Membership credits cannot be used for gratuity, add-ons, or retail purchases.
  • Only one family member can share the membership.
  • Membership fees are non-transferable and may only be used by the registeredmember(s).
  • Membership Freeze: After 6 months of enrollment, members may freeze/suspendcharges for a maximum of 2 months per year. Prepaid credits cannot be used duringthe freeze period and will only be available upon reactivation, which incurs a $50reinstatement fee.
  • Rollover Policy: If services are not used in a given month, prepaid credits roll over tothe next month.
  • Cancellation Policy: If a membership is canceled, any unused credits remain valid but must be used at non-member pricing.

4. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Booking

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows after that period are charged a $60 fee.

Self Care Membership (Massages & Facials)

Your membership includes a monthly prepaid credit based on your plan. Additional treatments that month are available at a discounted member rate.
Credits may be used for massages, facials, and sauna. Gratuity, add-ons, and retail products are not covered by credits and must be paid by card or cash.
Memberships and credits are non-transferable. Only the individual named on the membership may use the credits except for the $150 Day Spa membership (below).
$150 Day Spa membership — one designated family member: the $150 Day Spa membership (massage, facial, or sauna) may be shared with one designated family member. That person must be listed on the membership file, must always be the same person, and is the only person — besides the member — permitted to use the credits. All other memberships are single-user only.
Unused credits roll over each month and do not expire. In accordance with California law, prepaid credits remain redeemable for services for as long as Essence is in business.
Freeze: after 6 months of enrollment, you may freeze your account up to 2 months per year. Credits cannot be used while frozen and become available upon reactivation; a $50 reinstatement fee applies.

Med Spa Membership (Tox, Fillers & Injectables)

Your Med Spa Membership ($150/month) gives you member pricing on injectables and med spa treatments — including Tox at the member rate ($9/unit) and member discounts on dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other med spa services.
Your monthly fee accrues as a prepaid credit toward med spa services and does not expire; credits roll over while your membership is active (in accordance with California law).
All med spa treatments are medical procedures. They require a consultation and are performed only when our licensed provider determines you are an appropriate candidate. Treatment is subject to medical eligibility — not everyone qualifies.
This membership is for the named member only and is non-transferable. Injectable and med spa benefits cannot be shared with anyone else.
Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. You must follow all pre- and posttreatment instructions and disclose your full health history; some conditions (for example, pregnancy or nursing) may make treatment unsafe.
Member pricing and benefits apply only while your membership is active and current. If you cancel, the “After cancellation” rule below applies to any remaining credits.

Minimum Term & Cancellation

Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. After 6 months, your membership continues month-to-month.
To cancel after the minimum term, provide written notice (email or text) at least 30 days before your next billing date.
All memberships are a FINAL SALE. Memberships and prepaid credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Any prepaid credits you have already purchased do not expire and remain available to use even after you cancel.
After cancellation — important: once you are no longer an active member, you no longer receive member pricing or member benefits. Your remaining credits keep their dollar amount, but they are applied at our regular non-member prices in effect at the time of use (current prices). Because services are charged at non-member rates — and at whatever our prices are at that moment, which may be higher than when you joined — the same credit will cover fewer services than it did as a member.

Gift Cards

Gift cards work like store credit (cash value) — the balance can be used toward any of our services: massage, facials, sauna, Tox, fillers, and more.
Services paid with a gift card are charged at our regular non-member prices, unless the person redeeming the card is an active member, in which case their member pricing applies.
In accordance with California law, gift cards do not expire and carry no service or dormancy fees — they are valid until the balance is used.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

We may increase our prices whenever we consider it necessary. We will notify members at least two weeks (14 days) in advance of any price change
